Shipping & Delivery Policy

Warm Weather Guarantee:

Our team monitors the temperature of all deliveries to ensure your Truffleers chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy:

To ensure the highest quality of your products upon arrival, all products are only shipped in temperature controlled vehicles. As a result, Customers are requested to place their orders with a minimum lead time of 48 hours. This time will allow our chocolatiers to ensure that your chocolates always arrive in the best condition.

Free Delivery on all orders above AED 150: currently offers free delivery on all orders above AED 150 to all locations. A fee of AED 35 will apply to orders below AED 150 

General Information:

We only offer Standard shipping. We do not offer Same Day and Sunday delivery, as processing requests may prevent us from shipping over the weekend. The Truffleers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable circumstances.

Order Policy

Our daily order cut-off is 12 PM GST. Orders placed after 12 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. For example, if an order is placed on Monday before 12 PM GST, the order will arrive on the Wednesday. If an order is placed on Monday after 12 PM GST, the order may arrive the following business day, which is Thursday.

Note: currently offers Standard Shipping to all Emirates.

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.


Returns & Refund Policy

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (30) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 10 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. The Truffleers reserves the right to limit replacements. Returns and refunds are not offered.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. The Truffleers cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

The Truffleers is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabelling for the carrier.
